William Ng holds a Master of Science in Education Technology, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (Australia), a Certified Financial Planner, and a licensed member (R709949) of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

With over 45 years of experience in education, investment banking, financial planning, and business development, William brings deep expertise and credibility to the CIE team. He oversees all Canadian immigration assessments, applications, and consultations, ensuring every client receives accurate and professional advice in compliance with Canadian law.

PC Ng is a Certified Counsellor (Enrolment and Admission), counselling and assisting students in securing admission to Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs) across Canada. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service and consulting.

PC is responsible to provide support and needed services from pre-to-post enrolment and admission. She matches the best possible designated learning institutions and recommends to the client accordingly to their individual preferences and profile.
